PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

1. Introduction

This Performance Guarantee (the “Guarantee”) is a binding agreement between Flip and the subscribing party (“Subscriber”). It is designed to ensure measurable value and results. If the Subscriber maintains an active, uninterrupted subscription for twelve (12) consecutive months and does not achieve a minimum of ten (10) direct bookings, Flip offers a refund equal to twice the total subscription fees paid during the 12-month period.

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1 The Subscriber must maintain a continuous, paid subscription for the full 12-month period.
2.2 All direct bookings must be verifiable through Flip’s tracking and analytics systems.
2.3 Claims for this Guarantee can only be submitted on the first day of the thirteenth (13th) month following the 12-month subscription period, accompanied by supporting documentation.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

3.1 The refund is limited to the subscription fees paid for the specified 12-month period and excludes any additional fees, charges, or ancillary costs.
3.2 Any breach of Flip’s Terms of Service, including but not limited to fraudulent activity or other violations, renders the Guarantee null and void.
3.3 Flip reserves the right to request and review documentation to verify eligibility and determine claim validity.

4. Claims Process

4.1 Claims must be submitted via email to [support@flipsocial.app] on the first day of the thirteenth (13th) month following the Guarantee period.
4.2 Flip will review and process claims within thirty (30) days of receipt.
4.3 Verified claims will be eligible for refunds, which will be processed within sixty (60) days of verification.

5. Non-Transferability

5.1 This Guarantee is a legal agreement solely between Flip and the Subscriber.
5.2 Rights and obligations under this Guarantee are personal to the Subscriber and may not be assigned, transferred, or otherwise delegated to any third party without the express written consent of Flip.

6. General Terms

6.1 Flip reserves the right to amend or terminate this Guarantee at any time, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect current Subscribers within their active Guarantee period.
6.2 This Guarantee is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By participating, the Subscriber agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising under or related to this Guarantee.

Flip reserves the right to verify all claims and determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Amendments or termination of this Guarantee may occur at any time without notice, except for Subscribers within their active Guarantee period.
